Your Complete User Agreement

By registering an account, depositing funds, or using any product on the tle8888 platform, you unconditionally accept this Agreement and all policies incorporated herein by reference, including the tle8888 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. This Agreement applies to all registered users of tle8888, regardless of jurisdiction, though it is specifically drafted for players accessing the platform from Pakistan.

This Agreement supersedes all prior discussions, representations, and agreements between you and tle8888 relating to your use of the platform. Headings within this document are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of any clause.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active tle8888 account, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration;
• Not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited;
• Not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an tle8888 employee;
• Not be subject to a self-exclusion order on any gambling platform;
• Be the legal owner of the payment methods used to deposit and withdraw funds on the platform.

tle8888 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts where age or identity cannot be satisfactorily verified will be suspended until verification is complete. Any winnings generated on an account subsequently found to belong to an underage player will be forfeited in full, and the deposited principal will be returned to the payment source.

Each individual may hold only one registered account on tle8888. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different names, email addresses, or mobile numbers, is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, tle8888 will merge or close the duplicate accounts, and any bonus funds held in those accounts will be forfeited.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. You are responsible for updating your account information promptly if any details change. tle8888 accepts no liability for issues arising from outdated contact information, including failure to receive verification codes, withdrawal confirmation, or support communications.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Do not share your login credentials with any third party. tle8888 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to maintain credential security. All financial transactions on tle8888 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following general conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum deposit: 500 PKR per transaction;
• Accepted deposit methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, MCB Bank, and USDT TRC20;
• Withdrawal processing: Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes; bank transfers via HBL, UBL, MCB Bank, and Raast are processed within one business day;
• Withdrawal destination: Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.

tle8888 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own fees, which are entirely outside tle8888's control. Please check your payment provider's fee schedule before initiating a transaction. Currency conversion charges may apply to USDT TRC20 transactions.

tle8888 offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players who have completed account verification;
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which will be stated clearly in the individual promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn;
• Bonus funds and real-money funds are tracked separately in your tle8888 wallet. Real-money funds are used first in all game transactions unless the applicable game terms specify otherwise;
• tle8888 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time, with or without prior notice;
• Only one active welcome bonus per new account is permitted;
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, will be forfeited in full and the account will be suspended.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tle8888 platform and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of funds:

• Providing false identity information during registration or at any point of account verification;
• Registering or operating more than one account simultaneously;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets, play games, or otherwise interact with the platform;
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage;
• Any form of fraud, including chargeback fraud, bonus abuse, or payment fraud;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise compromise the security or integrity of the tle8888 platform or any game within it;
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity;
• Accessing the platform using VPN, proxy, or anonymising services to circumvent geographic restrictions.

tle8888 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect prohibited conduct. Where a breach is confirmed, tle8888 reserves the right to close the account, void all bets and game results associated with the prohibited activity, and report the matter to relevant authorities where required by law.

All content on the tle8888 platform, including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, text, data, and the tle8888 brand name and trademark, are the exclusive intellectual property of tle8888 or its licensed third-party providers. No part of the platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, reverse-engineered, or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of tle8888.

Game software provided by third-party suppliers on the tle8888 platform remains the intellectual property of those respective suppliers. Your use of such games is governed by the supplier's end-user licence terms in addition to this Agreement.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tle8888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

tle8888's total liability to any player in respect of any claim arising out of this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

tle8888 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players, accessible through the account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps on your account. Increases to limits take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period; reductions take effect immediately;
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts to notify you after a set period of continuous play;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period of between 24 hours and six months;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account and block re-registration for a minimum of 12 months. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and are irreversible for the elected exclusion period.

If you request self-exclusion, tle8888 will use reasonable efforts to prevent marketing communications from reaching you during the exclusion period. However, you are also encouraged to notify any affiliate platforms or third-party marketing services through which you received tle8888 communications to remove your details from their databases.

tle8888 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, criminal, or prohibited activity;
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe;
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months;
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder.

Where an account is terminated for a breach of this Agreement, any bonus balance and winnings derived from prohibited activity will be forfeited. Any verifiable real-money balance remaining on the account at the time of termination will be returned to the account holder's verified payment method, net of any applicable fraud investigation holds, within a reasonable timeframe not exceeding 30 business days.

You may close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting the tle8888 support team. Voluntary account closure does not affect any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds at the time of closure.

tle8888 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By creating an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

tle8888 may share personal data with trusted third-party service providers who assist in the delivery of the platform, including payment processors (such as Easypaisa and JazzCash), identity verification providers, and fraud prevention services. Such sharing is limited to what is strictly necessary for the purpose and is governed by appropriate data processing agreements.

tle8888 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by tle8888, subject to applicable legal obligations that may require data retention for defined periods.

tle8888 reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Where changes are material, tle8888 will provide reasonable advance notice via email to your registered address, a prominent site notification, or both. In circumstances requiring an immediate update — such as changes necessitated by law or by a serious security concern — amendments may take effect immediately without prior notice.

Your continued use of the tle8888 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree with any revised terms, your sole recourse is to close your account and cease use of the platform. The most current version of this Agreement is always available on this page.

If any provision of this Agreement is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. This Agreement, together with the tle8888 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and tle8888 with respect to the subject matter hereof.
